Verdese pickled olives 800gr – Tenuta Chiaramonte

With the same olives that we use to produce our organic oils we go on to make these organic products; the particularity of these lies in the processing as to obtain the finished product we do not accelerate the process with soda as is normally done, but leave the product in salt for almost 8 months.
Once the product is ready it is made in two versions, brine i.e. water and salt, and seasoned i.e. with the addition of spices, chilli pepper and our extra virgin olive oil.
