If you purchased as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Fill in the form below: you will immediately receive an email receipt of your request, with date and time of receipt.
Products excluded from withdrawal
Due to the mainly food nature of our products, the right of withdrawal is excluded for perishable goods and for sealed products that have been opened after delivery (art. 59 Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005). It remains available for non-perishable, unopened products with the original packaging intact.
